Frequently Asked Questions

Lots in The Reserve are under development and will be released individually as they are completed. Utilities are already installed (water lines have been completed and electric is at the front of lots 1-4).  A massive 1,500 ft split rail fence is currently under construction along the frontage of lots 1-4. Lot 4 has already been sold. Expect lots 2 & 3 to be released Fall, 2024.

Regarding The Estate lots, construction documents have been submitted and approved by the City of Abilene. Construction is expected to begin on the first 19 lots (Phase 1) in the Spring of 2025. An interest list is being created for individuals who would like to be the first on the list when lots are released.     

Pricing for lots in The Reserve are expected to start in the mid $130's. Phase 1 lots in the The Estates are expected to start in the lower $50's.

There are currently no plans for an HOA at either the The Reserve or The Estates. There will however be restrictions to protect homeowner property values.
